Mr. Wong Ho, Kevin, Consultant
Kevin Wong has graduated from University of Hong Kong and China University of Political Science and Law in 1997 and 2005 respectively. He was trained in Robertsons, and was admitted as a solicitor in High Court of Hong Kong and in Supreme Court of England& Wales in 2000 and 2001 respectively. He was also appointed as a China–Appointed Attesting Officer in 2012. He is currently a Consultant of S.T. Cheng & Co., Solicitors.
He has deep expertise in the media and entertainment industries and mainly focuses on dealing with entertainment-related and intellectual property matters, and represents clients in transactions involving the development, financing, production, home video and distribution of motion picture, television and interactive projects. He also specializes on handling complicated cross-border merge and acquisition transactions in Hong Kong and China and assisting Hong Kong and foreign clients to establish various kinds of enterprises and companies in the PRC.
